Located in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen and the Theatre District, Don Antonio brings the authentic flavors of Neapolitan pizza to Midtown Manhattan.
Open daily, the restaurant serves pizza baked in a traditional Italian wood-fired oven, offering a genuine taste of Naples. In addition to classic Neapolitan pizza, Don Antonio is renowned for its pizza fritta (lightly fried pizza), including the popular “Montanara.”
There are also fried appetizers and gluten-free pizza options.
Guests can enjoy a wide selection of Italian craft beers, wines, and seasonal cocktails from the full bar, perfectly complementing the menu.
The kitchen is led by Giorgia Caporuscio, an award-winning master pizzaiola with international acclaim. As one of the few women in the pizza world, Giorgia proudly carries on her family’s tradition of making exceptional pizza.

WHAT is Neapolitan Pizza?
A simply delicious 12-inch pizza, crafted with authentic ingredients and traditional methods passed down through 300 years of Neapolitan pizza-making. Our pizzaioli use only the freshest ingredients, carefully balanced for optimal flavor. Baked in a wood-fired oven at a scorching 850°F for less than 90 seconds, the pizza achieves a perfect balance of crispness, softness, and airiness, with the signature charred “leopard spots”
