We personally select only the best products available on the market to offer authentic Neapolitan flavors and dishes to our customers.
To enhance the flavor of our Neapolitan pizza, we import our ingredients from Italy: flour, tomato and olive oil.


Our pizza dough follows a specific process with 24 hours of fermentation following the Neapolitan tradition. We choose the highest quality flour on the market, the same flour that acclaimed pizzaioli in Italy use: MULINO CAPUTO, a mill located in Naples, Italy, which has been making and producing flour since 1924. Caputo selects and mixes the best quality wheat following the tradition of the ancient art of milling, slowly grinding the wheat to preserve the starch, protein, and natural flavor. As a result, Caputo flour is non-GMO and all-natural with 0 additives.


The tomato is an Italian excellence. An ingredient of pride, quality and tradition, it is also one of the main elements when it comes to pizza. We chose the best tomato for our pizza, CIAO, which delivers an authentic experience through Neapolitan flavors. Grown in the rich, fertile soil in the foothills of Mt. Vesuvius outside of Naples, Italy, Ciao has been producing tomatoes since 1979.


Traditional Neapolitan cuisine includes a wide array of delectable fried foods. While fried foods in the US have a bad rap, in Naples, fried foods are a rich, savory staple. Staying true to beautiful Naples, we were one of the first pizzerias to offer traditional fried pizzas and fried appetizers in the USA. Like many Neapolitans, we care about quality of our frying oil and respect the health of our customers.
As a result, all of our fried foods are fried in FRIENN, an Italian Frying Oil specially formulated by the Italian company, Olitalia. FRIENN – which means “frying ”in Neapolitan dialect, was developed by Olitalia in collaboration with Pasquale Torrente, a top chef from Salerno, Italy known as ’the king of fried food’, and the Agri-food Science and Technology Dept of Bologna University. 100% free from palm oil, Frienn is a high oleic sunflower oil, meaning it has the same health properties as olive oil. Made with rosemary extract and rich in Antioxidants, Vitamin E, and Omega-3s, FRIENN creates light, dry, crispy results that are 100% natural and non-GMO!


Being able to offer authentic, high-quality foods to everyone has always been important to us. We take special care in creating light, airy, and delicious gluten-free crusts and foods. For our gluten free foods, we chose FioreGlut from Mulino Caputo, a gluten free flour specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten. It’s a blend of gluten free wheat starch, dextrose, maize starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch, psyllium seed fibre, thickener: guar; flavoring.
